I paid but can't see my course
Payments usually confirm within a minute. Refresh My learning. If the course still isn't there after 15 minutes, call us with your order reference from Orders.
I forgot my password
Select Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I join a live class?
Open Classes in the Blackboard app to see your upcoming classes and join them. You need to be in the teacher's batch, with your fee paid for the period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment. See our refund policy.
