Refund policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

We want you to be happy with what you buy on Blackboard. If something isn't right, you can ask for a refund.

When you can get a refund

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of paying for an order.
  • A refund covers the whole order. Once it's processed, your access to the courses or batch in that order is removed.
  • For tuition class fees, we check with the teacher before approving, since the class may already have taken place.

When we may decline a refund

  • The request is made more than 14 days after payment
  • Most of the course has already been watched or downloaded
  • The account has requested refunds repeatedly, or there are signs of misuse

How to request a refund

  • Sign in and open Orders (in the app: Me, then Orders & invoices)
  • Choose the order and select Request a refund
  • Tell us why in a few words

Our team reviews refund requests within 3 working days, and we'll email you when a decision is made.

How you get your money back

Approved refunds are returned to the card or account you paid with, through PayHere. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
